Our CrossFit classes consist of a Workout of the Day (WOD). Each day a new WOD is posted on our CrossFit members site. It forms part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning by the integration of weightlifting, cardio and gymnastics into a high intensity workout. All WODs are scalable making CrossFit suitable for everybody.
For members seeking to excel in their lifting capabilities we offer specialised Olympic Weightlifting classes. These classes are facilitated by experienced coaches and focus solely on the 'Clean & Jerk' and 'Snatch' exercises. We provide personalised training to ensure you learn the lifts correctly.
A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet their needs. Health coaches teach clients strategies and techniques to help create change. They apply core competencies of coaching psychology, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to help clients address areas in their lives that they want to improve. They help them strive to reach their optimal level of health and wellness.
