Recover, restore and recharge in our spacious state-of-the-art infrared Sauna.
Reduce pain, enhance recovery, boost mood, improve sleep, detoxify and get radiant skin all in one treatment.
Infrared saunas heat the body, not the air around you like a traditional sauna does. The heat penetrates deep into your body to provide benefits at a cellular level and can remove up to 20% of toxins from your body which compares to about 3% in traditional saunas.
A session costs $45 and $15 for an extra person. We require payment upfront and have a 4hr cancellation policy. If you can not attend, please contact us at least 4hrs prior to your appointment to reschedule otherwise you will forfeit your session.
How long is a session?
Each session is 40mins. This is broken down to 30mins in the sauna sweat (we recommend 15-20mins after you start to sweat) and allows 5mins to change before and after your session.
How often should I come?
Everybody is different and depending on your lifestyle, ailments and injury status your requirements may fluctuate. Most people require 1-2 sessions per week for optimal results. However, for some people this isn’t possible. It is safe to have a session daily, so come as often as you like.
