FITNESS FOR KIDS THAT'S FUN
CrossFit Kids is CrossFit training specifically designed for children and teenagers aged 5-16yrs. The CrossFit Kids program aims to promote fitness at age appropriate levels, and focuses on making fitness training fun. The skills and lessons your children learn in the classes will carry over into their everyday lives and provide strong building blocks as they grow into young adults.
We offer classes for kids from the age of 5-12yrs and teenagers aged 13--16. Developing strength and athletic ability requires kids to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely regardless whether or not they play sport. Our kids program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of calisthenics, weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio. There isn't a strength, conditioning or fitness program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities and drills.
Participation in CrossFit kids will develop children in cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, agility, accuracy, balance and coordination. All essential skills within athletic activities.

Limited spaces available, as classes are capped $110 upfront fee per school term or direct debited fortnightly.
